Swing through the repurposed Sansom St firehouse next Tues for free tastes of featured items on Ladder's new menu (from acclaimed Chef David Ansill), boasting everything from Korean tacos and chicken confit lollipops to fried cauliflower and goat cheese & potato cigars, as you sip on suds from the similarly-overhauled beer list including Left Hand Polestar Pilsner and Port Brewing Wipeout IPA, which will make you cackle in a high-pitched tone, then later be covered by the Fat Boys.
