Finally, it is a time for "Spring cleaning"! I received a notification from Facility Operations about the outside of our windows cleaning. Depending on the weather, cleaning is scheduled on April 14-17, from 9 AM - 5 PM. All windows should be closed during these times!

The Roasted Beets with Bulgarian Feta Cheese is my favorite appetizer in Tria - simple, yet winning dish. Mild Bulgarian feta and refreshing beets were unusual but delicious combination.
