The Phoenix Salon and Spa and Project H.O.M.E. are holding the third annual Women Empowering Women Event to benefit H.O.M.E, a non-profit organization in Philadelphia that seeks to end homelessness. The event will honor inspirational mothers, as well as women who have been inspired and motivated by the positive influence of their mothers. 450 guests are expected to attend, including media attention and coverage.
The event to benefit Project H.O.M.E. will consist of a fashion show, honored speakers, silent auction items, vendor tables and refreshments.

It was a pleasure itself to stroll through the fair looking through books and talking to authors. I really enjoyed talking to Surya Green, the author of The Call of the Sun: A Woman's Journey to the Heart of Wisdom
- a sweet and inspiring woman. On Sunday I continue my "book hunting" and stopped at Skyline Salon to listen to Robert Goorlick, the author of A Reliable Wife
